Privacy Policy.

How we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit selltolegacylane.com or fill out one of our forms. Plain English. Last updated May 2026.

Who we are.

Legacy Lane Properties Team is a real estate team operating under CB&A, Realtors, with offices at 10200 Grogans Mill Road, Suite 125, The Woodlands, TX 77380. We can be reached at 832-406-4239 or via the contact form on this site. The two co-founders are Lauren Cutchen and Jaclyn Cano, both licensed Realtors in the state of Texas.

What we collect.

When you fill out one of our forms, request a cash offer, or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you give us. This typically includes: your name, your phone number, your email address, the property address you are asking about, and any context you choose to share about your situation.

When you visit our site, we automatically collect standard analytics data. This includes your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time on site, and referring URL. We do not collect this data in a way that personally identifies you unless you have given us that information separately.

If you submit a form, we also capture UTM parameters from the URL you arrived on. We use these to understand which marketing channels are working.

How we use your information.

We use the information you give us to respond to your inquiry, deliver the cash offer or options you requested, and stay in touch about your situation. If you ask us to follow up, we will. If you ask us to stop, we will stop.

We use the analytics data to understand how visitors use our site, what content is helpful, and what is not. We do not sell this data.

We may use your email address to send you our monthly market report or other helpful information if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send.

Who we share it with.

We share your information only with the people and tools we need to do our job. This includes our brokerage (CB&A, Realtors) where required by state real-estate law, the title company we use to close your transaction, our CRM platform, our email marketing tool, and other vendors who help us run our business and have agreed to keep your information confidential. Everything is stored and accessed through secure, private portals.

We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not share your information with marketers or list brokers.

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Cookies and tracking.

This site uses cookies. Some are required for the site to function (session cookies, form submission). Others help us see how the site is being used so we can keep improving it.

You can refuse cookies through your browser settings. The cookie consent banner that appears on your first visit lets you accept or dismiss cookies. If you dismiss, the site will still work but some features (like remembering your name on a return visit) may not.

Your rights.

You have the right to know what information we have about you, to ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and to ask us to delete it if you no longer want us to have it. Email us at the address in our contact section or call us at 832-406-4239 to make any of these requests.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we have collected about you in the last 12 months, the right to delete that information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information, so the third right does not typically apply, but the first two do.

How long we keep your information.

We keep your information for as long as we are working with you, plus the period required by Texas real-estate law and our brokerage's record-keeping requirements. After that, we either delete it or anonymize it.

How we protect it.

We use industry-standard security practices to protect the information you give us. Our CRM and our communication tools require authenticated access. We do not store payment information on this site. No data transmission over the internet is ever 100% secure, but we take the practical steps any responsible business should take.

Children.

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy.

If we change this policy in any meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of the page. The live version of the policy is always the version on this URL.
